ATLANTA, July 10 -- Ventureforth, Inc. today announced that a prestigious, world-renowned research & teaching university in California is deploying Ventureforth’s mobile solutions for maintenance work order and spare parts management, and for labor entry. Ventureforth’s Mi2K Work and Stores applications, powered by Syclo's Agentry mobile platform, were selected for maintaining assets across the university’s 8,100+ acre campus, one of the largest in the world, and will allow personnel to operate paperless and with current information, regardless of connectivity.

Ventureforth’s Mi2K Work application will allow the university’s maintenance personnel to download, review, perform work, and close maintenance work orders, as well as perform inventory lookups and requisitions. All work can be done on PDAs and laptops at the point of service, and will be synchronized with the university’s Oracle systems.

Ventureforth’s Mi2K Stores will enable the university to better manage its spare parts inventory in the primary warehouse and on each service vehicle. Inventory personnel will be able to perform processes more efficiently, including purchase order receiving, parts searches, issue to work orders, binning, cycle counts, and transfers.

Ventureforth’s Mi2K applications provide out-of-the-box integration with the university’s Oracle E-Business Suite eAM & PeopleSoft Labor Entry systems.
