**One-time Cloud Provisioning Fee.

Our cloud provisioning process leverages Oracle’s WebLogic Server framework to deploy and maintain your Cloud Mobile Applications. We install an Enterprise Archive (EAR) file, configure Data Source connections to Oracle’s Cloud ERP, Cloud SCM, EBS, JD Edwards, or PeopleSoft Database, and deploy customized SQL scripts in the cloud, which allows Ventureforth the ability to handle data transfers to and from your environment.

The cloud provisioning fee will NOT be due upon your subscription renewal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the price increase?

Your pricing is guaranteed for the term of your subscription. Your original pricing will not expire and any users you add during your subscription period will be priced at the original pricing structure.

If you drop service and then resume service you will be charged the pricing structure at time of the new subscription.

What is the license term?

You must subscribe for a period of 1 year (minimum), after that you are free to cancel without penalty.

A month may have a different number of days, what do I pay?

We round down to 30 days and charge $30/month per resource or user. A resource instance is defined in Oracle. Ventureforth can supply you a script that will count the number of resource instances you have.

Do you offer any end-user training?

Yes, there are a series of videos on our YouTube channel to help you train all users. We also include Oracle UPKs and training guides.

Is there an additional cost for software maintenance and support?

No, they are included with your subscription.

What is a resource instance?

It could be a planner, scheduler, technician or piece of equipment.

Can I add a non-Oracle user and do they incur the same fee as a resource instance?

Yes.

Do I have to pay anything for hosting, CPU or database space?

No.

Can I have a non-production instance for a sandbox, is there a surcharge for that?

You are allowed 1 sandbox. No fee. You can have additional sand-boxes for a flat fee of $300/month.

I have multiple Org’s. Is there a surcharge for that?

No.

What payment methods do you accept?

Purchase Orders are currently supported. 

When an how often will the subscription rate be altered and on what basis?

Pricing is reviewed annually, but your pricing is fixed for the entire period of your subscription period from the date of your first subscription.

What is your SLA for this service?

What is the guarantee uptime for the cloud service?

What happens if my payment method fails am I cut off immediately?

No. We will contact your system administrator to correct on file payment information.
